ABOUT US

Java chef catering was founded by local YEG RED SEAL chef Thomas Dharmawan in 2016

He was born and raised in Indonesia. He started to love cooking in early age when he saw his mom cooking.

After finish his school, he travelled around the world to hone his cooking skill. He has been working in 5-star hotel and restaurants as well as in hospital and long-term care.
